We will look for suitable sites, where we feel that it can add value to our portfolio. We will also be looking at existing properties, where we feel that we can add value.
We will establish the legal, physical, planning, design, utilities and service constraints and restrictions of a site has, before procurement.
Each project starts with a project based financial plan. Before the funding phase we will identify the sources of funding, be it private investments, a loan or our own equity.
The project management team and the design team will go over the procurement, building contracts as well as the designs before the construction starts. The construction will be divided in four phases;

To get the most out of the developed property, the majority will be sold, and a small part will be put up for rent. (We will start selling off plan before the construction phase.)
